1. Service Description

BuenDirekt GmbH agrees to provide regional delivery services to the Client, including:

Pickup and drop-off of goods within a 100 km radius

Flexible scheduling for e-commerce, business, or personal deliveries

Secure transport of packages (up to 3.5t vehicle class)

2. Service Area & Availability

Deliveries will be made within 100-150 km of Küblis, primarily Monday to Friday. Pickup and delivery times and details must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

3. Rates & Payment Terms

Base Rate: CHF 10 for deliveries up to 5 km

Distance Surcharge: CHF 1.60/km beyond 5 km

Payment: Invoiced monthly to the email provided

Due: Within 14 days of invoice date

4. Liability & Transport Conditions

BuenDirekt GmbH holds active transport insurance. The Client is responsible for declaring fragile or high-value goods in advance. Any damages caused by improper packaging are not the responsibility of BuenDirekt GmbH.

5. Cancellations & Delays

Cancellation within less than 24 hours may incur a CHF 15 fee

We commit to timely deliveries but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseeable events

6. Agreement Duration

This agreement is valid from [Start Date] and continues until cancelled by either party with at least 7 days’ written notice.
